Dr. Hill is the founder and director of Toilet Tech, a division of ECS, which offers components and full pre-fabricated toilet systems for off-grid residential and high use public remote sites.  Toilet Tech has sold over 230 urine diverting conveyors and the systems developed have proved reliable at some of North America’s highest use and most extreme sites including Mt. Rainier’s Camp Muir and Sherman, Angels Landing trail in Zion, and along the Torres Del Paine circuit in Chile.

Prior to working with ECS, Dr. Hill managed one of the largest anaerobic food waste digestion facilities in North America, at Richmond, B.C. for Harvest Power.
